Many Jewellery items are made from natural products
that will have unique markings, the item in the photograph may not be the exact one you receive so the markings may differ
slightly from the one shown.
Please make sure the item you buy is the one you
want as I will not take refunds on a "I don't like it" reason.
Please read the item description for sizes and
if you are unsure please ask before buying.
If an item is received broken I will replace it
and refund upon receipt if received back within 10 days of posting (or 20 days for sales outside the UK)
All items will be checked before packing and returned
items must be returned in the original packaging.
Items that are "Lost" in the post will only be
considered for a refund after 28 days from posting, I will claim any loss from the post office and report any loss to the
police.
Refunds for lost items will only be paid up to
£28 unless you have asked for and paid for insurance on the item.
Paintings on canvas will be posted by Special Delivery
(UK) or Airsure (Worldwide) and be insured for the value of the painting.
If an item becomes "out of stock" I will make a
full refund the same day where possible.
Items paid for using Paypal will only be posted
to the address supplied by Paypal.
Terms can and will change from time to time.
